TEACHING SPEAKING Not only children sometimes experience fear of the challenge of speaking formally in front of large or small groups, many of us who are already in adulthood also experience that same type of fear, and as a teachers we must start by explaining how common these are between the people and how they handle them; It is there when I can help them to reduce these unfounded fears, by using the techniques learned during the teaching speaking session and also in the teaching speaking microteching session, so I believe that I will get many of my students to learn the ability to speak and teach them so they Will be able to communicate in the English language, also with these techniques I can help to reduce these fears by maintaining a cordial atmosphere in the classroom, as well as providing opportunities for students to practice alone or with a partner and then to larger groups.

Motivate positive behavior Learning techniques and strategies to motivate positive behavior in my students, helps me as an educator to be able to visualize a new way of managing my classroom, to be able to influence the positive behavior of my students and also to have a better quality of education and learning in my students; those are techniques and basic strategies that showed me that I was doing things a little badly and that from now on I will change the way Iwas doing them, thanks to what I have learned through this experience in the publics schools of the North American educational system, I will achieve a better management of my classroom. But the question is: are all teachers and classrooms the same as I was?

LITTLE ROCK TRAVEL Having the opportunity to travel to another country and that within that great opportunity you have the privilege of visiting other cities gives you an extra experience and that effectively changes the perspective of many things that until that day you have as something totally unknown. First, it gives us the experience seeing new ways of living, it also gives me the opportunity to interact with people from that city, which is beneficial for me to put into practice my linguistic and human relations skills, as well as to know new cultures and the way they unfold. Finally, it will help me to see life in a new way and to value these opportunities that really change our lives and also to take these experiences and share them with my friends, family and most importantly with my students.

Teaching vocabulary Learning a new way to effectively teach vocabulary has given me a new vision and a new perspective that I will personally apply in my classes in Panama, now I see a new easy and active way that my students will surely like. Having this tool will help me to progress in my activities and in my work and I will surely get excellent results. Teaching vocabulary using these new techniques learned takes for granted the correct way to do it and achieve the desired objectives and skills in our students.

  BEHAVIORAL ENCOURAGEMENT After having expressed my point of view about the observations related to a public school of the North American educational system and the importance of trying to copy all the good that this has, today I will focus on an area that I call my attention, It is the management of behavior in the classroom and how the educator I was with all week and also the different classes that I attended, they carry out. First, the students with whom I had contact, behave in a totally different way to the Panamanian students, the J.O. FIELD OBSERVATION IN A U.S. PUBLIC SCHOOL After having been a week in a public school of the North American educational system, observing and noting the different situations that are daily lived in these schools, we reflect on everything that we still have to go in our country in education, administration on educational strategies on student behavior management also on the different necessary subjects for the integral development of our students and very important, on the creation of adequate infrastructures and technology, which in this educational system seems to be so normal and that in my personal opinion, is far above any school that I previously visited. CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT To be able to Effectively Manage a Classroom, we must guarantee that the work we do is done with conscience, that it is a Work with commitment; It is like the love we give to our loved ones, the same must be of quality, with my own seal, with motivation that transcends and also give confidence to the students and as a results the students also trusting us. Finally and as a key for this to work, the teacher must, from the beginning, work with the whole class, occupying the attention of all students and giving them definite and immediate tasks for them to do; after that, it is when he or she must attend to the problems or individual difficulties of each student.

Puppet Theatre Project  Since children we learned that puppets were only for playing or having a good time, this week I discovered the importance of them to achieve educational purposes and teach students in our schools, it is necessary to learn to use them correctly and apply them in the educational field, always for the benefit of students. This didactic instrument could be so useful that through its use it could be achieved to modify behaviors and reach the educational goal of making our students thinking beings.
