Motivate positive behavior
Learning techniques and strategies to motivate positive behavior in my students, helps me as an educator to be able to visualize a new way of managing my classroom, to be able to influence the positive behavior of my students and also to have a better quality of education and learning in my students; those are techniques and basic strategies that showed me that I was doing things a little badly and that from now on I will change the way Iwas doing them, thanks to what I have learned through this experience in the publics schools of the North American educational system, I will achieve a better management of my classroom. But the question is: are all teachers and classrooms the same as I was?
From comments I have heard in groups, it seems you are all learning the same lesson. It is good to see and hear that you see the value in focusing on good behavior and not always on bad actions in the classroom. It is something we all need to learn in many aspects of our lives.
