CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
To be able to Effectively Manage a Classroom, we must guarantee that the work we do is done with conscience, that it is a Work with commitment; It is like the love we give to our loved ones, the same must be of quality, with my own seal, with motivation that transcends and also give confidence to the students and as a results the students also trusting us. Finally and as a key for this to work, the teacher must, from the beginning, work with the whole class, occupying the attention of all students and giving them definite and immediate tasks for them to do; after that, it is when he or she must attend to the problems or individual difficulties of each student.
Remember, this is a REFLECTIVE blog. Reflective blogs talk about the person writing; they don't talk about general principles and lessons. I really want you to talk about yourself and your teaching.
