A REFLEXTIVE TEACHER 


REFLEXTIVE TEACHING OR A REFLEXTIVE TEACHER IS AN STRATEGY OR A WAY THAT TEACHERS CAN USE TO OBSERVE AND EVALUATE THE WAY tTHEY BEHAVE IN THEIR CLASSROOM. IT CAN HELPS TEACHERS TO BE ENGAGE WITH THE LEARNING ENVIORMENT AROUND THEM.
IN HIS REFLEXIVE TRAINING, THE EDUCATOR MUST MAKE AN EFFORT TO OPEN AND CONSTANTLY DEVELOP THE COMMUNICATION PATHS BETWEEN HIS OBJECTIVES, HIS LIMITS, HIS OWN IDENTITY (AS AN EDUCATOR), THE SCHOOL CONTEXT OF WHICH HE IS A PART, THE REALITY OF HIS CLASSROOM AND THE REALITY OF THEIR PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE, THIS REFLECTIVE PRACTICE MUST BE PRESENT IN THE DAILY ACTIVITY OF THE TEACHER AS SOMETHING NEW, DYNAMIC, UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND AS A NEVER UNILATERAL PROCESS, BECAUSE, THE TEACHER DOES NOT TEACH TO LEARN SIMPLY, BUT HE LEARNS TO TEACH WITH HIS STUDENTS, WITH OTHER TEACHERS, WITH SITUATIONS LIVED AND DISCUSSED.
